Petro Kostiv: Petro Richard Kostiv was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States at the age of eighteen. Adjusting to a new country during such formative years taught him resilience and gave him a personal understanding of the immigrant experience. This foundation shaped his desire to help others facing complex transitions. Having visited over 150 countries, Petro has gained firsthand insight into diverse legal systems, economies, and cultures, allowing him to connect deeply with clients worldwide. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Ukrainian, and can read German while speaking conversational Mandarin. Petro’s education reflects his global mindset: he earned a B.A. with honors in history from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on Latin American political and economic development. He then pursued an M.A. in political science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, earning a certificate in international law.
